The right (external) advice

In times of crisis, the responsiveness of ministries and other federal authorities is particularly challenged. In some areas, external expertise enables measures to help overcome the crisis more quickly. The BVA offers federal authorities both its own consultancy services and the commissioning of external consultancy firms in compliance with procurement law in the so-called three-partner model (3PM) offers.

In this model, the BVA accompanies the commissioning process from the joint clarification of the mandate with the authority, the selection of the suitable service provider and the clarification of contractual issues to the formal and substantive review of the commissioning.  Subsequently, personal contact persons at the BVA ensure that any necessary supplementary benefits or contract changes are arranged simply, quickly and legally securely. The 3PM is part of the Advisory Centre of the Federal Government in the BVA and relieves other authorities administratively so that they can concentrate more on the implementation of the content of a measure.
