Application for information referred to in Art. 38 VIS System Regulation and Art. 41 VIS-Regulation

According to Article 38 VIS Regulation (REGULATION (EC) No. 767/2008) any person shall have the right to obtain communication of the data relating to him recorded in the VIS and of the Member State which transmitted them to the VIS. Further information and the application forms can be found at the bottom of this page. Your application will be processed within one month of receipt by the Federal Office of Administration.
